These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Ocibel and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Ocibel website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Ocibel reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale, which will then be taken into account from their modification date.
Ocibel specializes in online mail order sales of manicure products.
2. ORDER
To the extent that the buyer orders the products presented there online and checks the box "I accept the conditions of sale" before paying for his order, he acknowledges that his agreement concerning these present conditions of sale does not require a handwritten signature.
The buyer affirms that he has full legal capacity to enter into a commitment under these general terms and conditions of sale.
Some of the products available on the site may be reserved for professional customers. Sublinel Cosmétique cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products. Sublinel Cosmétique cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.
In accordance with the law on confidence in the digital economy of June 21, 2004, here is the procedure to follow to place an order:
When placing his first order, the buyer must provide the requested information in order to create an account on the site. When placing future orders, the buyer must log in to his account using the username and password previously provided. If the password is forgotten or lost, the buyer will be able to request a new password by clicking on Forgotten password?, and will then receive an email indicating the new password to log in.
How to order:
- Add the desired products and quantity to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button; The products are then placed in your cart located on the right side of the site or at the top right in the "My cart" section.
- The prices displayed in your basket are displayed including all taxes, discount deducted if there is one and excluding transport costs.
- To check your basket, click on “Validate my order”, you will then access the details of your basket with the possibility of adding or removing products.
- Before confirming your basket, make sure that the products ordered are the ones you want. Then click on "Order"
- You will then access the confirmation stage of your order, you will then have to either log in to your account by clicking on "Already a customer? Log in to my account.", or fill in the requested fields to be able to be delivered and invoiced.
- Then select your delivery method and your payment method.
3. VALIDATION
- After checking the delivery and payment methods.
- Click on “I accept the General Conditions of Sale”
- Finally, click on “Order” to validate your order and proceed to payment according to the payment conditions set out in Article 5.
- Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email, within a maximum of 24 hours, indicating the confirmation of your order, the summary, all the information relating to it and the option you have to exercise your right of withdrawal (Article 8) as well as the deadlines applicable to it.
4. PRICE
The prices indicated on the site are understood in Euros (TTC) all taxes included and excluding delivery costs. These prices can be modified at any time by Ocibel, the prices displayed are only valid on the day of the order do not have effect for the future and are not retroactive.
For Metropolitan France and Member States of the European Union, the applicable VAT rate is 20% on products, transport and 5.5% on journals, magazines and books. Other non-member countries of the European Union and the French Overseas Territories are exempt from VAT upon purchase and will have to pay duties and taxes to Customs upon entry into their country.
Delivery costs will be indicated to the customer before any payment.
5. PAYMENT
Several payment methods are offered to the buyer.
- By Bank Card (Visa, Carte Bleue, Master Card) in cash:
This payment is made on a secure page (SSL) by Systempay and Payplug.
The payment is also secured by the 3D Secure system, the buyer will then have to indicate a unique code that will be sent to him by his bank on his phone. This process makes it possible to verify whether the buyer is indeed the owner of the credit card.
- By Paypal: This payment will be made on the secure site Paypal.com at the address: contact@ocibel.com Your order will be validated upon receipt of your payment in our Paypal account.
- By Bank Transfer: The transfer will be made to your bank using the bank details provided when you placed your order.
The buyer must indicate the order number in the transfer document.
Your order will be validated upon receipt of your bank transfer into our account.
- By AlmaPay
The Seller offers its Customers Alma's credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of the payment. This is conditional on the Customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions or the credit agreement proposed by Alma.

6. AVAILABILITY
Product availability is indicated on the site, in the description sheet for each item:
- An open green jar indicates that there are at least 15 products in stock.
- An open yellow jar indicates that there are less than 15 products in stock.
- An open red jar indicates that there are no more products in stock and that the product is therefore out of stock.
In the event of a stock shortage after validation of your order due to a case of force majeure, you will be informed by letter attached to your package or by email. In this case, we will offer you either a refund for the product or its shipment at Ocibel's expense as soon as it is restocked.
7. DELIVERY / OWNERSHIP
The online sale of the products presented on the site is granted to buyers who reside throughout the world and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.
Delivery times are given as an indication. If they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
We offer different types of deliveries, GLS in 24h/48h, TNT in 24h and Colissimo in 48h/72h.
A preparation period of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) is to be expected before sending the order.
When the order is shipped, the buyer receives an email to inform him and give him a tracking number, it will allow you to follow the progress of your package which you can consult on the site:

In case of delivery problem:
- If you have not received your order within 7 days, we advise you to contact us by email at contact@ocibel.com and we will then carry out research to inform you of the status of your order.
- If you have not received your order within 30 days, after checking the tracking of your order and if it turns out that the package has been lost, damaged or indicated as delivered on the tracking when it has not, a sworn statement indicating that you have not received your package and a copy of your identity document will be requested, after receipt of these documents, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund, at Ocibel's discretion, within 15 days.
In case of return of the package for the reasons NPAI (Does Not Live at the Address Indicated), AI (Incomplete Address) or any other reason which would not be an error on our part, the payment of the return costs by the means of payment you wish will be requested to return your package.
The products sold remain the full property of the Ocibel company until full payment of all sums owed by the buyer in connection with their order, including costs and taxes.
Ocibel will not be responsible for the transfer of ownership of an Ocibel product by the buyer to a third party.
Only the original purchaser of this product may claim access to the clauses of these general conditions of sale.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Buyers, whether individuals or professionals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to return the product to Ocibel for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
According to Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for sales: 5° Of the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines (Reviews).

Any product that has been damaged, is incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged or missing, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the buyer.
9. REIMBURSEMENT
The refund will be made without penalty, except for return costs, within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
The buyer will then be reimbursed by Paypal, check or credit card.
10. RETURN
In the event of non-compliant or defective delivery. The buyer must contact the Ocibel company by email at contact@ocibel.com and after acceptance by the latter, the buyer may return the product in its original packaging, the costs are borne by Ocibel.
You will be able to demand:
- a new delivery respecting the order
- request compensation
- the exchange of the product for a similar one
- request cancellation of the order and reimbursement of the sums paid with possible a claim for damages in the event of harm suffered.
11. WARRANTY
All products supplied by the Ocibel company benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the Ocibel company at:

who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All requests for exchange or refund of unused and unopened products must be made by email to the following address: contact@ocibel.com within thirty days of delivery of the product and be validated by return email by us.
All complaints regarding a missing, damaged or incorrect product must be made by email to the following address: contact@ocibel.com within 3 days of delivery of the product, a photo must be attached in the event of a damaged or incorrect product and validated by return email by us.
12. RECYCLING OF SMALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
When the buyer orders an electrical device, UV lamp, sander, compressor, Freshbox, etc. on the site, an ecotax including tax is added to the price including tax of the product.
The Ocibel company pays this ecotax to the ecosystem organization of which it is a member.
This organization allows all these electrical devices to be recycled.
You can therefore return your old device, purchased in our store, accompanied by the invoice, and we will take care of recycling them.

14. DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be settled before the competent court, which will be that of the defendant's place of residence.
15. REGULATIONS
In accordance with current legislation, type 3 devices such as UV lamps are prohibited from sale to minors. In the case of the purchase of a type 3 device on the site, by accepting these conditions of sale you certify that you are at least 18 years old.
